Airside Industrial Park

Located in the City of Danville, this 197-acre industrial park has direct access to U.S. 58, a major east-west four-lane highway. The park’s design is state of the art, with its primary strength being its mix of sites.

Airside Industrial park is in a state designated Enterprise Zone, a program that offers unique incentives to business and private investors, based on their investment and job creation within the designated Enterprise area.

All utilities are owned and provided by the City of Danville, which includes cost-effective water, wastewater, natural gas, electric and broadband services. The park is zoned for LEDI – Light Economic Development.
