The unveiling of the new bus wrap highlights 13 local figures pivotal to the city’s Black history, showcasing a diverse range of occupations and roles. Selected by the Transportation Advisory Committee, the honorees represent the theme “Honor the Past, Embrace the Future.” Major Alonzo Jones emphasized their enduring legacy at the ceremony.
